- At Noura Alghilaisi, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully content with your item(s), we offer exchanges and returns following the guidelines below.
- Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Please note that customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in quality or workmanship.
2. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date within Saudi Arabia and 30 days for international orders.
- Items must be in original packaging, without signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
3. Exchange Process
- Exchanges for size, color, or style are accepted within 14 days of delivery in Saudi Arabia and 30 days for international orders.
- Please reach out to us at contact@nouraalghilaisi.com to confirm the availability of your preferred exchange item before initiating the process.
4. Return/Exchange Shipping
- For Saudi customers, we offer complimentary shipping for the first exchange or return. Subsequent returns or exchanges will incur shipping fees.
- For international customers, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns and exchanges, as we are not liable for lost items.
5. Processing Time
- Once received, please allow 7-10 business days to process your return or exchange.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method, with timelines varying by bank and payment provider.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will coordinate a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs, after verifying the issue.
