Returns & Exchange Policy
Domestic & International Orders
At Noura Alghilaisi, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our designs. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges and returns under the following terms.

1. Returns
— Items can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
— Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
— Items must be returned in their original packaging.
— Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

2. Exchanges
— Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
— Exchanges can be made for a different size or another item of equal or higher value (price difference applies).
— Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached.

3. International Shipping, Returns & Exchanges (Outside Saudi Arabia)
We are pleased to ship to select destinations outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Please note the following terms apply specifically to international orders:
— International customers have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange, in recognition of longer shipping times.
— Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country; these charges are non-refundable and not included in the order total.
— Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer's responsibility, including courier and customs clearance fees, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
— Returned items must be shipped using a trackable international courier. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit during return shipping.
— Refunds for international orders are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the item has been received, inspected, and approved.
— Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs clearance procedures beyond our control.
— Duties and taxes paid on the original outbound shipment are non-refundable, even if the item is returned.

4. Non-Returnable Items
— Customized or made-to-order pieces.
— Items purchased on sale or during promotions.

5. Return & Exchange Process
1. Contact our customer service team at Info@nouraalghilaisi.com to initiate a return or exchange (domestic or international).
2. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable shipping service — an international courier for orders outside Saudi Arabia.
3. Upon inspection, store credit, refund, or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days (international orders may take slightly longer).

6. Additional Notes
— Shipping fees are non-refundable.
— Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
— We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy standards.
